The location was marvellous and incredible, close to a great restaurant, it's a plus. Café Bellagio Patisserie located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Stayed at a big room with kettle, an excellent view, for example.

My room was spacious and that was mainly due to the super friendly staff. 🌟 the location was simply amazing, right across from a ferry port. It was just a few steps from the bustling city center, truly convenient.

The location was perfect for exploring Islay and even Jura by car, and it was easy to walk to three distilleries. The staff, although not on-site, were knowledgeable and welcoming, even bringing us bacon rolls in the mornings.

Hotel breakfast could be improved with the addition of a microwave to heat up food, especially since there aren't a lot of restaurants in town.
